James D. McQueen, Jr.

Jim McQueen is a native West Virginian and is an experienced, versatile, and knowledgeable civil trial lawyer who has handled more than 200 jury trials to verdict in 27 different counties and in 5 Federal District Courts, and has more than 40 reported decisions (appeals). He has also handled numerous administrative trials in professional licensure and workers’ compensation cases. Jim frequently serves as an expert witness in insurance and legal malpractice cases and as a mediator in his areas of practice. His primary geographical areas of practice include the State and Federal Courts in the Southern District of West Virginia or within 100 miles of Huntington.
